"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."

We worked with him for about three months, and witnessed that he built the restaurant up. If there is one thing I would complain, I would say that he probably have higher standards than people who hired him. So, if you want to assist him in his work, make sure that you can do as good as he does. Or ask him how you can do that better, he is willing to show you the way."

The owner, Oscar, answered my Angi request by phone within 15 minutes of posting and informed me that he could arrive at my home the very next morning to give me a quote for vinyl fence repair. While he was here, I requested other services: replace plank siding and siding frame, and toilet leak repair. Later that afternoon, Oscar sent me a detailed professional service agreement quotation. The quote was very reasonable, particularly for two sections of the siding replacement that required work to be performed on my roof. These projects were completed within 2 days (about 12 hours of work total) and Oscar did a fantastic job. He arrived early/right on time on both days and didn’t even take a lunch break…in 90+-degree weather!
