"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."

They installed 10 windows of different sizes and configurations for a very competitive price. I would use this company again in a heartbeat There were no pressure tactics- just a very smart and professional approach. It took 6 weeks to get the Windows but that was because I insisted on Milgard Windows which I had used before in other homes.  They had informed me that there would be a manufacturer delay before I ordered. They were very good about coordinating and communicating which was essential because we were out of town at the time of the installation.

"I hired owner of Brushworks, Miguel, to paint my house and make repairs as necessary. Honestly, the house was not in very good condition as prior to me purchasing it about 2 1/2 years ago, I don't think the exterior had been pained in many years. Miguel did an excellent job. One thing you want in someone working on your house is perfectionism and pride in work. Miguel is both conscientious and proud of his work. He paid get attention to detail. My house doesn't even look like the same house. I am beyond pleased with the paint! So much so, that I hired him to do some additional work. Also, Miguel is a very nice guy and is easy to work with. His prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend Brushworks."
