The first guy they sent used what turned out to be the wrong grout, and just used gobs of it all over all the tile seams. After the first couple months the grout he'd applied was melting off the walls. Fortunately, Cransten was gracious enough and to schedule a warranty repair even though we were a bit outside the warranty window. The second guy they sent, Andrew Ormesher, did a FANTASTIC job.
