". E.J. took the blower wheel and housing outside and washed it out with a hose--something that no other furnace repair person had ever done. When E.J. took the nuts and bolts off of the belly band around the motor, they were stripped so badly that they were no loner usable. Instead of charging me $150 for a new belly band, E.J. said he would go and buy the correct nuts and bolts, then install them in a week. E.J. showed up a week later, with the correct nuts and bolts. He then installed the new motor in my furnace, and he did a thorough check to see if any carbon monoxide was leaking out--which showed no leaks at all. E.J. was highly competent, and he explained his work in a clear and helpful way. The next time I need any furnace work done by Manwill, I will request that E.J. be sent to do the work."

"I called Ryan because my 15 year old furnace was not functioning. The heat exchangers had pinholes and the secondary exchanger was completely rusted out and clogged. Ryan did his absolute best to come up with the best solution for the least amount of cost to me. In the end the resolution ended up being a new furnace unit. This gentleman is transparent and honest. He took the time to explain to me why I needed a new furnace. He had the opportunity to cobble my old one together and charge me for labor, but his integrity shined through and he let me know it's not safe, and he's not comfortable doing that. I also took the opportunity to have him install a 4" filter box to prevent future system issues due to the awful 1" filter location. I will 100% call Ryan again in the future. "Because it was water that was leaking, they sent a plumber out. he found the problem as a leak on the pipe that carries the condensation of the AC coil down to the pump. he replace the fitting in about 5 minutes and checked for leaks. he was very professional and personable.
