Expansion tank replaced on top of water heater. Honest, fair and efficient. I originally did not see their call but noticed a miscellaneous missed call and when I called back was pleased to know they were able to help. I would most definitely recommend and will use them again.

Walton plumbing installed a tankless water heater for us, per requested. They were efficient and friendly. Overall we are happy with their work, but regret installing a tankless water heater because it has impacted our water pressure and taking multiple showers at the same time is not great. It kind of defeats the purpose of upgrading. We should have inquired about any potential differences from switching to this system. It would be helpful if they inquired about expectations and desired end results.

WOW!! I was amazed with the service I received from Walton from the get-go! The response I got after clicking SEND with my project information on Angi was literally within minutes. Robert happened to be in my local area and within 10-15 minutes after arriving at my home he had the problem figured out. Fortunately the issue was minor (disconnected wires) and now my thermostat and boiler are functioning properly again! Robert checked to ensure everything with my new boiler system was in overall good condition and working order. The Walton team was thorough from the bid, to answering all my questions, to working within our schedule, to completing our boiler replacement in a timely fashion. Their follow up on a couple of minor issues was excellent. I would recommend Robert and his team highly.

Walton Heating-Plumbing-Air did a great job replacing my boiler. Robert was an expert in boiler systems and helped us find a boiler that worked perfectly with our existing hot water and heating systems. The crew that came out were very neat and protected our home from any damage as they removed a 40 year old boiler that weighed over 100 lbs. The cost was less than 1/2 of other estimates we received.

Robert has been very dedicated to finding the source of our problem and reaching out to other specialists when needed. He changed our indirect water heater and installed valves on our system for easier maintenance. He also spent time troubleshooting the boiler and heating floor system.

They were very thorough. I had an issue with my tankless water heater. It would not heat. I was also doing some remodeling at the same time. Turned out that the problem was not the water heater but the installation of a new shower in the bathroom. He found the problem after being very frustrated for a while.
