He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet. He hauled away the old fixture and cleaned up after himself. Before he left, I tested the toilet, and it works much better than the previous one. Everything went quite smoothly.
