He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet. He hauled away the old fixture and cleaned up after himself. Before he left, I tested the toilet, and it works much better than the previous one. Everything went quite smoothly. I appreciate his knowledge, skill and professionalism. I am very pleased."

He took it all apart and added more plumbers tape to see if that would fill in the chipped areas in the sink. It worked. He did a great job and was very patient as he worked. I would definitely have him back to do plumbing work in my home."

"We initially got three bids for this project.  We decided to hire Bill from Red Butte Construction Company.  Bill was more detailed and complete in reviewing our project.  He looked at everything inside and outside of the house and made several suggestions and comments before submitting his bid to us.  We felt good about this because the other two bidders were not as thorough.  Since this was our first time hiring a general contractor we appreciated receiving his advice.  We really have no major complaints about the project.  Bill did everything possible to accomplish our project in a timely manner.  He was always on time or called when he knew he would be late.  We are very happy with the quality of the work that was done and the room addition looks beautiful!
If we needed to hire a general contractor in the future for another large project, we would certainly hire Bill again.  He did a great job and always kept us informed of the progress.
