"We hired Bradley Evans to work on our patio, doing a few things including some much needed painting, re screening a screen door and installing a ceiling fan. He did a spectacular job! He showed up on time, communicated with us very well and finished quicker than we thought and went above and beyond our expectations! I would recommend Cranston and specifically Bradley to anyone."

"The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"

What got me started in business?\nIt all started when I taught myself to fix my own car. I was high on the feelings of independence, pride, and self reliance and It sprung my curiosity and broaden my horizon. This burning desire gave me my thirst for knowledge. I went to the DATC studied CNC Machining. learning about tools, materials, blueprint reading. It assisted me in my adventure. Friends got me jobs tiling, business remodels, painting, and carpentry. Soon after I began working as a machine operator and continued to expand my knowledge in auto mechanics in my free time. My dear friend, who is the general contractor, had me working on his car. They saw my determination to succeed, my motivation to fix problems as they arise and my drive and began teaching me how to remodel homes and thus began my career. \n\nI would love to hear of any upcoming projects your company has. Please give me a call or click for a free estimate!

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can oil an electric fan with machine or motor oil but don’t use cooking oil because it can become thick or seize up, damaging the fan. Before oiling your fan, turn it off and remove any dust and debris. Wipe away any excess lubricant after oiling.

Exhaust fans push air out of spaces, removing moisture, heat, odors, and pollutants. They vent air outside through ducts, preventing mold and improving air quality. Unlike ventilation fans, which circulate fresh air in and out, exhaust fans focus solely on expelling unwanted indoor air.

Attic and whole-house fans improve a home's energy efficiency and comfort. They ventilate hot air from the attic, which reduces peak cooling loads, lowers reliance on air conditioning, and decreases indoor temperatures. This improved air circulation and expedited heat exit helps lower cooling costs, balance moisture levels, and enhance overall natural airflow, contributing to the efficient operation of other home equipment.

Ceiling fans offer multiple benefits for your home. They improve air circulation to prevent stagnant environments and provide cost-effective temperature control, which can reduce reliance on your HVAC system and help lower utility bills. In addition to their functional advantages, ceiling fans can also enhance a room's aesthetic appeal with features like built-in lighting and modern styling.

The number of blades for your fan poses both advantages and disadvantages. Typically, the more blades on a fan, the better the air distribution and cooling effect, but this also means that your fan will have more wear on its motor. For small rooms, three-blade fans should work fine. For larger areas like living rooms, four or five-blade fans might be the better option.
