"Excellent! We put our info out to get bids. David & PSC were the first contractor who called. He called within minutes, left a pleasant voice message, then sent me a follow up text message. When we spoke, he asked questions about our project and the scope of work, what we intended to use the space for. All sorts of great questions. BUT.....because I have worked with Earthworks before, they were, of course, my first (my ONLY) call.  Nowhere on Angie's List and never during my conversation with Marissa was I told there was a two-hour minimum (all the other projects they've done were much bigger, so it never came up).  At $65/hour, this 10 minute job cost me$130!  Had I known, I would have looked for a local handyman and that is certainly what I'll do in the future.  And, yes, I did talk with Marissa at Earthworks regarding the bill and it stands as billed.
