"Dan from Expert Plumbing called me about 10:15 AM on the day of the new shower installation to get some additional information on what I needed done, and then again when he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived, just shortly after 11 AM, he went over Expert's pricing (i.e., cost of the service call, hourly rate and minimum,etc.) and after looking very briefly at the plumbing, had me sign an invoice assuming two hours of labor (the worst case scenario in his mind). However, he explained that if he completed the work in an hour or less he would write up another invoice for one hour minimum labor charge. Dan then looked at the now exposed plumbing behind the bathtub. He saw no evidence of any leakage along the bathtub piping or on the floor during a careful inspection. However, he was unable to pressure test the piping and soldered connections because the water had been turned off and the shower-install contractor had already cut the copper piping to the now-demolished shower. He then focused on the corroded (due to hard water) nipple. It took some effort but with the correct internal pipe wrench he was able to remove it. I had purchased four nipples of differing lengths in anticipation of replacing the corroded nipple. Dan installed one of the new nipples so that a new tub spout with a threaded connection can be installed. Overall, the labor he performed took around 45 minutes, with most of that time expended on removal and replacement of the recalcitrant corroded nipple. In summary, Dan was courteous, personable, and professional. Before leaving he modified the invoice to one hour of labor, as he had discussed upon arrival. I would use Expert Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electrical again if needed."

To make it easier for me to get exactly what I wanted and top quality fixtures, Keith provided advice and all rough in and finish work. I special ordered all plumbing fixtures, custom cabinets, stone cabinet top, shower door, marble and tile. Keith picked up all materials and with his assistant, installed everything. He did an outstanding job of installing special German made shower valves and a Toto Washlet. The quality and precision of their work was impeccable and the tile and marble work was particularly impressive. Everything went together steadily and smoothly and the entire job was done in a little over 4 weeks. I would like to have him do further projects for me, based on the quality and reliability he has shown."

"Outcome was good. Someone was here every day until the job was done, which took five days. The entire tub/shower surround along with valve and shower head were removed and replaced. Quality products were used such as cement style backer board and waterproofing paint/seal. Tile (white glazed subway) was placed from tub to ceiling and new fixtures were placed. The tile was placed beautifully and with quality workman ship. They were responsive during the process to any of my concerns or requests. I requested a corner shelf which they did not provide and the billing sheet stated corner shield which was never done. I forgot at time of final payment transaction that these services were not rendered. I remembered two days later and attempted to contact them and they did not respond. If I were to hire them again I would ensure I have a check list and go through it before final payment."
