"Ray did such a great job on the electrical work that I originally contracted him for that I ended up having him do every electrical project I ever dreamed of for my home. He literally did everything from installing six ceiling fans, lights in our attic storage crawl space, recessed lighting in our garage and back covered patio and front porch, barn lights for either side of the garage, rewiring a fan with a new switch, a new recessed plug for an old fashioned school clock, and finally, a complete electrical upgrade from 100 amps to 200 amps including working with Rocky Mountain Power. Ray was always quick to respond and I felt safe and confident in his work and his efficiency. And he is interesting to talk to as well. A pleasure to work with and his pricing was more than fair. "My wife let me know late the night before that there didn't seem to be enough hot water when she was doing laundry. I went to check the water heater and found that the pilot light was out. I tried a few times to restart it based on the instructions stuck to the side, but ultimately was unsuccessful. I tried calling a few places with more reviews, but either got told they were too busy or went to voicemail. With Expert Plumbing I got through to a receptionist immediately who was able to not only quote me a price for a replacement up front (price was only $200-ish over what it would have cost to buy a new one at Home Depot), but was able to schedule a Plumber to come out the same day between 2 and 4pm. I got a phone call at 10:30am from Allen at Expert Plumbing saying that he had a cancellation and would be able to come out sooner. Allen was knowledgeable, courteous, and able to resolve the problem quickly. It turns out that I wasn't being persistent enough when trying to re-light the pilot light, as it was hard to see in the combustion chamber. By 11:00am he was already gone and the water heater fired back up. The price was fair and they were very up front about the costs. 10/10 will call again, and would recommend to friends."

"Went well.  Luis did a great job managing all his workers to coincide with our painters.  Ran into a couple of installation problems, but Luis helped us find a solution within our budget.  Tile and carpet transition was another design issue that were professionally resolved.  My only reservation was that the thresholds were not included in the bid.  I've never known a carpet installation that did not include thresholds.  Small issue since they aren't expensive, just a little odd.
I liked all the workers and enjoyed working with them. Very professional job.

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."
