I then had to reschedule, which they were very nice about and accommodated my needs. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable, respectful, and did a very THOROUGH job. Our house honestly smells good again. It did cost a considerable sum (a good deal of this was because of the special treatment used on the dog urine spots), but was well worth it. Best carpet cleaning I've had in 25 years of home ownership."

The rugs had spots that had stiff spots throughout the rug. Looked like dried soap in the carpet. We feel like the company was not capable of what they could do with cleaning rugs or other items that they said they were capable of doing."
