I told him our plans and asked if he thought the estimate our insurance gave us was accurate. He assessed the situation and immediately recommend we *not* use his services because he could see that our insurance company was lowballing the estimate. Before doing any remodeling, he said, what we needed was a public insurance adjuster to help us battle with insurance, because a bathroom couldn't be rebuilt for the amount insurance was saying. He knew this because before he was a contractor, he worked as an insurance adjuster."

For the value for money rating, I did not shop around so it did not compare with other companies. However, the new tub and sink look good and perform well.
