I had a heat pump installed. It was a particularly hard installation because I had four heads to install. I chose a heat pump because I have a boiler and I have no air-conditioning ducts and no room to put any air-conditioning ducts.

There was miscommunication with the appointment day. I booked for Monday, they rescheduled me for Tuesday but did not tell me. I waited on Monday and when no one arrived I called to find out they had rescheduled me. Communication is so important. The plumber was great and did a great job.

So FAIR!! So FAST!!So WILLING! Bid was 1/2 a previous bid. So very little digging. Were finished in 4 hours. Thank you SO MUCH!! So happy to have such professionals help with my crisis - without water for 2 days. Small crawl space was a challenge they faced without hesitation and wirhoit charging double!! I highly recommend them.
