"The work was as expected. They had to work a different job in the morning unexpectantly and we received a phone call that they were late. They forgot to cover he downstairs fireplace and let a lot of debris down the chimney. It was vacuumed but there was still some remnants and a lot of dust. Some of the paint on the hearth was left chipped. I have called and am waiting for a call about the chips.

I called back when that didn't work and Ryan came out that evening. After a thorough diagnostic look into my system, it was determined that I needed a new outside system. Price quoted was half of what I had previously received. They were over the following day and did another comprehensive assessment to ensure that a new system was in fact required. "I recently began renting my home through a management company. When the AC stopped working I had my management company contact an AC company, and they chose Expert. Expert quoted $4000 to replace the AC. I then found another AC company myself (Humphrey) for a second opinion. Humphrey was able to fix the AC simply by changing the capacitor and fuse. Expert either 1) didn't bother to even look at it because the work order was coming from a management company and figured they paid whatever, or 2) did a really poor job diagnosing the problem. Either way, neither is favorable. My lesson learned as a new landlord--always find a repair company yourself."
