Even though he had to leave town unexpectedly the week of our project, his employees were on time and super efficient, and he communicated with me throughout the process. "They completed the basic paint job, which is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. But overall, I would not recommend this company. The painters rushed through the work, missed multiple spots, got paint on areas it shouldn't be, and failed to complete the touch-ups they specifically promised. They also ghosted me after saying they’d return to fix the issues. Now I’m left cleaning up their mistakes and doing the touch-ups myself. They seemed to want to be in and out as quickly as possible with no concern for quality. It feels like I paid for a full service and got a half finished job. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone who actually follows through."
