"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Savana has been such an amazing person to talk to and receive information from about windows. We never knew there was so much that goes into a window and itâ s install and she gave us all her knowledge. We werenâ t sure if we wanted new windows yet but she made us feel so much better about getting them sooner. She has honestly been such an awesome person to talk to and spend 5 hours with! It wasnâ t all just about windows and bathtubs we got to know her and her company. Weâ re excited to have new windows for the winter and not learn what winter is like with 90 year old windows. "The folks I’ve dealt with at Groundworks have all been very high quality. Phil Ralph’s was our inspector and his very thorough inspection and estimate of repair was followed by Micah, Austin and Jaxon performing the repairs. All were great communicators and very hard working. Micah, Austin and Jaxon were willing to explain anything I asked along the way and Micah did a great job of recapping everything at the end. "I love my new windows. I live in Cedar City at about 6000 ft in elevation. It can get gold here. Right after they were installed, we had a good storm with wind and rain. I never heard it. I used to hear the strong winds and feel the cold air and drafts with my old windows. Now I hear nothing, and I noticed immediately the day after they were installed, it felt warmer too. These are very well constructed windows and nice looking too. They are the same quality as Anderson windows. My contact, Ryan Baker, was great, and Spencer and his crew did a great job. They worked quickly but very efficiently and did a great job on the installation, and they cleaned up after the job too. I am very pleased. Thank you JKR!"
