Dream Team Cleaning Co

Dream Team was a nightmare for me. I asked for windows, floors, and walls to be cleaned. They washed the windows without screens and didn't do any of the other work. Wanted $200 before I could even look at the work and when I discovered they didn't do most of what I requested, she said she would make it right but didn't. 800 square foot house so not a lot to clean.

We are a rural area with little choice. I constantly had to instruct them on what needed to be clean over and over. They would do silly things like dust our living room and forget the piano! This past week I was so disappointed. Our 18 year old son several weeks ago told us he belived the housekeepers were taking his money. I did not want to believe it. After finding several things missing my son and I put out 5 one dollar bills in the same place it was taken before. I put it out as soon as the service arrived. My son stayed in another part of the home while they were there. In writting and verbally I told them not to clean my sons room that day. This was the same senerio as when the money was taken previously. As soon as they left our home and still in the driveway my son went to his room and checked the money. Only 2 of the one dollar bills were left. My son called me. My husband and I immediately called the owner and described the "sting". We thought she would want to get to the bottom of this with her employees immediately. Instead she said do you have it on camera? We again told her of the sting not missing a detail. She began yelling at my husband and denied that would ever happen and hung up on him! We have lost at least $281.00 plus a few other items we have come up gone. It is sad to think that these people we trusted in our home became thieves.
