He installed a few beams and came back the following day. The weather was taking a turn for the worse so he brought extra workers to get the job completed before the bad weather hit. "You have been warned. Do not go with this company. Check out their reviews in other states on BBB. They do not stand by their warranties (per other reviews). They will be great to deal with for the first 30 days. After that, you are locked into the contract and all customer service and promises go out the window. Plan on it taking twice as long to get your ordered product. I made my order in April, 2024 and it was promised (in contract) that we would have our product delivered and installed in 90 days. It is now November and we are still waiting for our order to be completed. All of my calls and complaints have been ignored or pushed on the next person to deal with. I have even made calls to the office in Seattle. The only contact I am getting is text messages. Very unprofessional and dirty tactics to get your money and not deliver on product. Look elsewhere for your window needs!!"
