"Terrible business! Do not trust! Like others, we were ghosted multiple times, followed by bogus excuses like vacations or employees getting sick. What was originally quoted a 5 week time frame, turned into a 5 month project. Mostly because the guys never showed up when they said they would. After finally showing up, they would complete one part of the project and then claim they needed more money to do more. We would pay and then not see any progress for weeks. We would also ask for invoices and just receive texts with quoted numbers, rather than actual invoices. None of the jobs were actually completed. Painting was done without touch up, floors were put in with no caps, electrical was done incorrectly. We ended up hiring an electrician who found that old, used products were put in, breakers were being tripped due to improper installation, and outlets were not up to code. Shotty work was done. Crappy tile work, backsplash not put in bathrooms, which is code. Tile cut in a manner that created a lot of waste, costing extra money. Piles of trash left on porch, paint specs all over brand new floor, scratches on brand new floor, light fixtures installed in wrong rooms. I could go on and on, but you take a look at the pictures and see what you think. When it was all said and done, we finally fired Riley, pointing out all of his lies. At that point, his facade of kindness turned instantly to anger and threatened to take us to court."
