"Excellent experience from the bid process to completing my deck. I had a short timeline to get it done and they finished it very quickly. The deck is very sturdy and looks great! Communication with Mike wss great. I loved how they used ground screws instead of concrete footings! I highly recommend Dynasty Decks!"

Falk finished about 300 square of our basement with a full Euro style kitchen and a laundry room and matched existing decor. However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."
