I checked in with him week before and he said they were on schedule. 2 days before the job start he texted and said he got a bigger job and they were canceling. If you hire this company know they don't honor commitments, they don't value integrity and they have no respect for their customers."

However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."
