"Went on Angie to find help with our downstairs bathroom and found Russ. They replaced the toilet, vanity, floor, and light fixture. They did such a great job that we had them work on a full remodel for our main bathroom. They changed the tub into a shower for us and did such an amazing job. We were told two weeks, but it turned into three. But Russ was so great at keeping us completely in the know of everything that was going on and also helped out on some other projects while they were here (we kept adding small things like removing an old swamp cooler vent and new light fixtures). My wifeâ s parents were so impressed that they also hired the company to work on their bathroom as well. "Eddie Durrant from Valley Plumbing replaced an old faucet in my small bathroom. The drain area in the sink was chipped and old, he worked very hard to get the new drain replacement to seal. We thought it was good, but after he left it started to leak around the drain. I called Valley Plumbing and they had Eddie come back out before he went to his next job. He took it all apart and added more plumbers tape to see if that would fill in the chipped areas in the sink. It worked. He did a great job and was very patient as he worked. I would definitely have him back to do plumbing work in my home."

"The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had been having a problem with a loud whining sound that our upstairs furnace was making, and he was able to explain to me why it was doing that. Although I had thought we were getting a sufficient annual tune-up through our home warranty program, the technician told me that both furnaces were very dirty and had been poorly maintained. He replaced both of the capacitors, did a thorough check of the systems and cleaned everything properly. Since the service call, the upstairs furnace is no longer making the loud annoying sound and is doing a better job of heating the upstairs rooms. We are very pleased with the results.
