He said he didn't want me to purchase a new furnace if I didn't have to, even though he was there for free and I was looking to buy. I ended up deciding to buy because of the age of the system and Just Right was very competitive. Tim was straight forward about what was right for my house (verified by other quotes) and showed me evidence of the better products. He answered all of my questions promptly and beat out all of the other bids with a better quality system. I would definitely use Just Air again. I felt they cared more about doing the best job possible rather than just getting a job and moving on to the next."
