We had agreed end on a price and they were going to purchase a wall kit and that was included in the price. When they arrived (ON TIME) we discovered that I had purchased the wrong wall mount. Instead of telling me to return it and get the correct one. They offered to come back the next day and they would purchase the correct wall mount and I could just repay them.
