Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."

"Installed door with wrong glass and had to come back and replace glass. Left a mess when they were done and in my view did not install a quality door. I had an Anderson door in my last home and I think Anderson makes a better product. Homestar said this door is just as good as Anderson, but if I was doing it again I would go with Anderson. Much better door than what we have.
