Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."

So, if you want to assist him in his work, make sure that you can do as good as he does. Or ask him how you can do that better, he is willing to show you the way."

He showed up when he said and completed the job in 3 days- less time than I had spent doing a small fraction of the job. He did a wonderful job, and more importantly my wife is very happy with it.
