The first snow--no show--got some lame excuse they were caught by surprise by an early snow storm. (Then why am I paying you early season? News forecasts were all over this.) Latest one--9 inches and no show again. Very hard to reach. Expensive, non responsive and poor quality. I literally shovel more than these folks have done this winter at my place. A scam, be aware. (Photo below is having to get a tow out of unplowed driveway 14 hours after snow started falling.) Those 2015 reviews look fake too."
