He was very familiar with building codes and gave a thorough overview of options and challenges during our initial meeting with him. the project started exactly when promised and stayed on schedule. My only suggestion would be to be write out exactly what you want as you enter the agreement. There were a few mistakes or things that were missed because it was discussed verbally and we never followed up on it. Know exactly what you want and get it in writing at the outset because the project, for us anyway, moved REALLY quickly.
