"I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that John from Thoro-clene provided I thought it needed to be recognized. I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. Thanks John for a very pleasant experience"

The entire appraisal process takes from seven to 10 days. This timeline accounts for the many steps of the appraisal process, including the post-inspection report completed by the appraiser.

Home appraisal services include the following tasks:

The cost to appraise a home depends on the type. Common types include:

Appraisals can come in above or below the list price or offer price for a property, and where it falls depends on many factors. Where demand is low, you’ll often see the opposite happening.

Depending on the size of the home, the appraisal itself can take several hours. After the appraiser’s visit is complete, it can take between a few days and a few weeks to get the report back.
