"11/14/2022 - I just saw this review - I am stunned and wondering why you did not call me and discuss the reasons why? The very, very few bad reviews I see here are due to a value that the customer "did not like"...I am a third party, independent person and I have to report the actual market findings. I am sorry you were unhappy about...something? 11/21/2023 - I am still shocked at your review, so much so that I researched your property. I see that you finally sold this property for even less than my appraised value on 01/10/2020...almost three months after my appraisal and, over $120,000 less than your asking price. I can see now that you thought my value was inaccurate."
