They did a wonderful job of getting the enormous beast through a small door into my kitchen. Unfortunately they had to remove the doors to do this and one was slightly damaged. The bottom door also has a small dent so the door issues need to be addressed. I am impressed that they were able to get it into the kitchen. That took real skill.

They did a good job with delivering it and everything. Their furniture is good quality and they are friendly there. The salespeople are pretty good and keep you on top of what is going on. The delivery people were ok, they came when they were supposed to, and hooked everything up alright and everything. We kinda had a nick, not a nick but something came off. We called and they just took a discount off the price unless we wanted another refrigerator. It was on top of the refrigerator so you couldn't really see it.

Shoddy installation. They delivered and installed a new washing machine
in my condo, and told me that it was ready to use. The washer created a
flood on first use. Turned out that the water filter was loose, which
allows all the water that flows into the washer to come out the bottom,
where you can't see anything until there is a flood. Company denied any
responsibility for their work.

I was looking for a double bed, so I checked out several websites and visited a few mattress stores. Because I had a limited budget of $1,000, I could only afford a traditional inner spring mattress. My wife and I have used RC Willey a lot over the years, and they were having a mattress sale at that time, so I decided to check them out. I picked a $1,000 BeautyRest that was on sale for 20% off. Also included was a free Kindle reader. If I spent $200 more, I could have gotten a free Kindle Fire HD. Paul came over to help me at this time. I told him I would rather get the Kindle Fire, so what he did was subtract the cost of the Kindle reader in exchange for the Kindle Fire - a savings of $70. When I opted for the heavy duty frame instead of the standard frame, he deducted the cost of the standard which saved me another $20. Then when he rang me up, he took an additional $50 off the total price. All together I saved $380. I thought it was a pretty good deal. The bed was delivered a week later. The window of time that customer service gave was was earlier than what delivery gave me. They ended up being 10 minutes late past the window - I was the last person on their route. This was the only negative. They assembled the bed for me quickly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from RC Willey again.

No real problems. R C Willey does not install gas line, so we had a plumber do that. Other than that everything went very well.

RC Willey salesmen did a good job. He was helpful, no pressure. They did not have the carpet I wanted in stock. They said I would be notified when the special order arrived at their warehouse in a few days. About 11 days later I had not heard from them, and I decided to call them and check the status. The carpet had arrived, but apparently they lost track of me. The installation was scheduled for 1 week later. A private contractor installed the carpet. They did a very good job with one exception. They put a seam joining two carpet pieces on a stair step. I would have preferred the seam placed on a stair rise instead. But overall I was impressed with their work.
