"The folks I’ve dealt with at Groundworks have all been very high quality. Phil Ralph’s was our inspector and his very thorough inspection and estimate of repair was followed by Micah, Austin and Jaxon performing the repairs. All were great communicators and very hard working. Micah, Austin and Jaxon were willing to explain anything I asked along the way and Micah did a great job of recapping everything at the end. "The last thing I wanted to hear as a new home owner was that my roof was actively leaking and needed attention right away. Tyler and Troy did a fantastic job of not only telling me what the problems were, but showing me what they found. I consider myself pretty handy, but admittedly know next to nothing about roofing. They took the time to help educate along the way, which I really appreciated! I felt confident and comfortable with the investment after our meeting. They were able to help me find the financing that fit my project, and my budget. They have continued to stay in touch through each step as we we near construction day. I will update my review after the project is completed, but if the project itself reflects the experience I have had thus far there is no doubt I will still report a 5 star review. "Paramount Pros ended up doing a good job on new gutters, painting wood soffit & fascia, and trim around sliding patio doors. However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."
