He was very pleasant and cleaned up well after himself (also an important part of the job). His estimate was at lease 30% or more below what others quoted us. He also fixed another wiring problem we had unrelated to the original job. He asked no more for this additional work. We gave him a "tip" for "going the second mile." He showed up as promised. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"
