When our old unit flooded the basement, the sales rep, Nicholas Allphin, assured us we could do a payment plan for a new tankless heater. He was polite and professional, but would swipe past all of the verbiage on his tablet straight to the signature block, repeatedly reassuring us of what it said and that it was a payment plan. Months later, after repeatedly asking for payoff information, we learned it was actually a lease that would cost nearly double what we were quoted. We felt completely misled and taken advantage of, and it was incredibly frustrating to realize the truth only after months of trying to get answers. This felt dishonest and manipulative. If you still choose to use them, be very cautious and double-check everything they do and say, because there?s a good chance they could be doing the same thing to you."

Never pour used motor oil down the drain. Doing so can have serious environmental consequences, including contaminating groundwater, endangering animals, and killing vegetation. It’s a good time to replace your outdoor faucet at the first sign of a leak that doesn't stop when the knob is turned off. Also, you may want to replace your faucet if there is a great deal of lime build-up, the surface behind the faucet is deteriorating, or the faucet itself is pulling away from the wall. The job doesn’t take more than a few hours and can save you money in the long -run.

Snakes can occasionally enter homes through shower drains, although it’s quite rare. This can happen when they follow sewer pipes or accidentally find their way into plumbing systems.
