"Jayson was very professional, took his time to do the job right. He was on time and respectful of my home."

"Greg Bohrer was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to make the repairs before he actually made them. After completing the repairs he went back and tested him to make sure everything worked well as it should be."

"This man was a perfect gentleman. He explained all he was doing, and the need for it. The table that was once wobbly is now solid and beautiful. He hung two heavy and awkward pictures for me. I am very grateful for his service and I would highly recommend him!!!"

"1 day cleared ALL the alfalfa covering the 1/2 acre Back yard. Even removed the concrete slab that's been there since 2006. Didn't overcharge us. YEAH! Even removed (tiller & bobcat) the wildflowers (actually mostly weeds) section of my weed infested 'garden', left the 4 producing tomato plants. The fixed feral cat stayed either in the garage or BY in spite of all the noise and dust."

"TruBlue did a great job, they are very friendly, they deliver professional work and we have been very happy with the work they did. Our custom built in shelving they did in our closet looks great, I am compiling my next task list for them to come back."

"ER Soulution responded to my on-line request within a few minutes and set up a time to evaluate my gutter issue the following day. My gutter, which was relatively new, was sagging and falling down from the roofline on the north side of my house. Emanuel climbed onto the roof, lifted a few shingles and took photos of the underlining gutter/roofing issues. It was rotting wood on my 66-year old house. He showed me the pictures, discussed options, and made arrangements to start the project. The project took 2 days and the end result was perfection. Emanuel (the owner) is professional, responsive, a hard worker, shows up exactly when he says he'll be there, and his pricing is absolutely fair. I highly recommend this young man! "Timothy is hands down the best guy for the job. He showed up the same day I reached out, which already set him apart, but what really impressed me was the quality of his work. He assembled a very complicated dresser for us—one of those builds that would normally take hours and a lot of frustration—and he handled it with ease. Everything was put together perfectly, sturdy, and aligned exactly how it should be. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. On top of that, he worked efficiently and finished in record time without cutting corners. His pricing was more than fair, especially considering the level of service and professionalism he brought. Reliable, skilled, and easy to work with. I would absolutely hire Timothy again and highly recommend him to anyone needing furniture assembly done right the first time."

"We had an excellent experience building our home with Timberline Property Management and Construction. From the initial planning stages through completion, their team was professional, transparent, and highly responsive. Communication was clear and consistent, and they took the time to explain options, timelines, and costs so there were no surprises along the way. The quality of craftsmanship truly stands out. Timberline paid close attention to detail and delivered a home that met—and in many cases exceeded—our expectations. Any questions or minor issues that came up were addressed promptly and handled with care. Building a home can be stressful, but Timberline made the process smooth and well-organized. We felt confident that our project was in good hands from start to finish. We highly recommend Timberline Property Management and Construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy builder who values quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction."
