When the technician arrived, he determined that he would not need to split the carpet but could fix it by stretching alone. When I got the final bill, I still had to pay for the more extensive work (splitting and stretching) that was never done."

He was very responsive from when I put in an initial request and came out for a quote and got started on the work fast!
