Dont recommend, Ivan Sanchez and his crew do a terrible job. Slow, sloppy, doesnt follow instructions, work amatuer quality. Drippy painting on walls, missed areas. When pointed out Ivan had a dozen excuses.

Overpriced / Friendly. Payed top dollar for repairs that are not finished. Called / texted will not respond.

"I called and text Kevin for many times, he did not respond. I was trying to talk to him to clarify what part in my work was incomplete, we spent 3 days repairing an old sprinkler system and we did more work than was in the contract. The system had new connections for sprinkler valves, new timer and we repaired and fix and rewire the electricity for new timer. At the end all system works perfectly."

Ivan's crew did an amazing work in my Yard. He designed the whole sprinkler system, including control valves,concrete curving,trees,bushes and Timer installation. Ivan, Leo and the team were AMAZING! They re-stretched, tacked down existing carpet next to new tile flooring and then installed new carpet on our stairs. They were so careful and did everything they could to make us happy. Very professional. The worked we asked them to do was more than any other company would take on, they were willing to help us and it looks so beautiful. So glad we found them. Definitely money well spent! Highly recommend them!

I loved the work completed by Ivan and his team. He is very professional, attentive, and a great person to work with. We had our sprinkler system installed for the front and backyard. We could not be more happier with the work. We had an issue that came up, Ivan came right away to see what the issue was and had it fixed on the spot. I would recommend him to everyone!

They do not show up when they say they will/sometimes not for days. They do work they were not hired to do. They do not listen to instructions on how you want things done, they do it the way they think you would want it done. They say they will add on extra work, like remove an old copper water line to the icemaker and then not do it, instead drywall and mud over it. They leave garbage and debris everywhere. They go way over quoated time frame by weeks. They will argue with you if told your not happy even threaten you.

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
It could be that Ivan has been busy. I figured out that he and his one helper got $116 per hour plus his materials. He does not work per hour but by job. It was a big yard. He was friendly and courteous and removed the ant problem.

"For 13 months I have been trying to talk with this customer to clarify WHY she rated us with 3 starts after had done an amazing job in her yard and solved all problems she had in her flower beds, trees, sprinklers and valves problems. Unfortunately she did not answered phone calls, texts and emails. We spent 1 week to complete the work, we took more than 6 loads of garbage from 18 trees, 33 bushes, etc. We fumigated the area and killed mice, ants, black widows around the house. We gave her a big discount in order to repair her sprinkler system and I feel that she did not appreciate all our efforts and good work. Unfortunately, I can not keep insisting with her and find out what we did wrong?..... I have others good clients waiting for me to do home projects. Today I closed this lead provided by Home advisor, at least I tried hard to find an answer."

Problem with the outside drain. Overflowed with excessive rain. Managed to remove and replace a rusty drain cover, unclogged pipes. They are fast, hard workers, and willing to help, even after the work was done. I would highly recommend them
