But my recent interaction needs to be noted -- it has been 9 months since his work, and after a winter and summer, the tile grout came loose in two small spots, not more than a few inches long. And this is across about 60 tiles or so. Of course I could have ignored it or tried to fix it myself, but instead I called Raul. 9 months later and he remembered my job, came out in a day, fixed the obvious problem and touched up anything that even looked like it might fail. Of course, no charge. Considering all of his possible responses, including just ignoring my call knowing that there wasn't much I could do about it, the fact that he still wanted to make sure that I was a satisfied customer was, in my opinion, exceptional."
