"Sean, the owner came and told me they would patch all the nail holes in any little holes in the wall. Not to worry about it. They didn&#39;t do that my pantry. They didn&#39;t patch anything in there. The railing going downstairs. They ripped the one bracket out and just pushed it back in one of the other brackets. They stripped out a screw left. It&#39;s sticking out halfway. Didn&#39;t patch the walls. They came back and supposedly patched some of the walls but they didn&#39;t sand it. They painted right over. It looks like garbage. My cabinets had run marks in them. They did fix a couple of those. My corner going down my highway. They didn&#39;t sand the corner. You can see that just an unprofessional job in my opinion for the money I paid"

Scheduled a time and I met Rodney. He was knowledgeable & friendly. Explained in detail what I wanted, asked if it was feasible, etc. He said they could do the water part, but since the gas line is owned by Dominion Energy up to and including the meter, I'd have to talk to them about if the gas line and/or meter needed replacing. Called DE and got on the waiting list for a "pre-eval", and as Rodney recommended I sent an email to PP with all the details of the project and a sketch for clarity. While waiting for DE to get back to me I got an invoice for $165 in the mail from PP. I called PP and asked why"
