First of all, they were great to work with—pleasant, professional, friendly—just great to work with. They made sure my husband and I both knew what to expect as they worked on the door and encouraged us to ask questions as need be. They also worked well together and did amazing work on our project. It was very sturdy, worked well and looked incredible. Weston and Dylan were so supportive of the bold color choice we made, yellow, and said they thought it looked really good. They meant it too. They were great as neighbors came by to see the new door too! Everyone really liked it! Good PR for the company. "While looking for parts to convert my boiler back to Natural Gas I was referred to CVM by Carrier (the maker of my boiler) as they were a distributor of Carrier parts and could sell me OEM parts. After calling CVM they talked me into letting them service my boiler instead of just buying the parts and doing it myself (a decision I later regretted) I was told a tech would call to make an appointment. 3 weeks after the initial call I googled CVM finding a different number and called again, emailed some info about my boiler and again was told a tech would call to make an appointment. This time a tech named Jeremiah called and indicated he needed a week to get the proper parts for my boiler. 3 weeks later after hearing nothing I called Jeremiah back and was told Carrier didn't have the right part numbers and they were to blame for the delay, another 3 weeks without any updates I called and was told he had the part and needed to set an appointment. The appointment came and he didnt show, towards the end of the day I called to confirm and Jeremiah told me he was sick and needed to reschedule. Not having any other options I rescheduled a week later again taking time from work and Jeremiah was again late for the appointment but did show and changed the orifices on the burners only. Charging me $400 for half the job and claiming he couldnt continue until the Natural Gas was connected. A week later the Natural Gas was connected and I called both Customer service and Jeremiah requesting requesting an appointment to finish the job, this never happened. After the weather turned cold I called a C&C Mechanical to come finish the job, upon their arrival they informed me the pilot Orifice had not been changed nor had the correct pilot assembly been installed. This technician had counted on this and didnt need to blame Carrier for anything as he had grabbed the correct part on his way over. All in all CVM's customer service is overall a horrible mess and this company is content to let their customers freeze! I dont recommend CVM in the slightest!"

"Brandon, Tg,were excellent. They were on time, worked well together, let us give feedback, cleaned up as they went along, made sure we knew what was happening during each step. I could not be happier, our shower was 30+ yrs. Pretty bad shape... I am so excited to have a new shower, that I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for... Cost was very affordable... The person who came to our house from Bath fitter,was knowledgeable, and product I believe is made in the USA.. Our installers were wonderful... They did such a wonderful job... "YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"
