"Clean Finish Painting truly lives up to their name. They were clean and precise with the work they did and have completely transformed my home into a more modern atmosphere. I have hired them for multiple projects from freshening up my dull kitchen and bathroom cabinets to all the interior painting including beautiful navy blue accent doors. Their prices are always competitive and I plan on hiring them to complete a fresh coat of exterior paint to the stucco of my home soon. I haven't experienced quality services from a business in a long time, it is great to know that I can trust Clean Finish Painting with my home. Definitely recommend!"

Customers say: True professional
"I highly recommend ProTwins, their inquiry-service-response time was excellent. The painting itself was thorough, with attention to details. Clean-up was good, and Pabel, the owner, was thoughtful, professional and kind. Costs were reasonable and he follows up on his crew’s work, in person."

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
Yes, pressure washing companies typically use your home’s water supply from the water spigot outside your house. While arrangements can be made with the pressure washing company to supply its own water, it’s very rare. Unless the company is already set up to supply its own water, this will likely incur additional costs for the company to fill a tank and haul it.
The main difference between pressure washing and power washing is that power washing uses hot water and pressure washing does not. Pressure washing uses only the water from the outside hose connection. Heated power washers tend to cost more and are more commonly used by professionals. Hot water with special cleaners is better suited to more complex or challenging cleaning tasks such as removing grease or oil from a concrete slab. In most cases, pressure washing your driveway should not require heat or powerful cleaners.
The cost to pressure wash a house ranges from $100 to $750, depending on the location, size, and height of your house. Power washing, on the other hand, costs from $250 to $400 per project, on average. Other cost factors include the accessibility of some areas of the house.
The cost to paint the exterior of a house ranges from $1,900 to $4,500 or about $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on the size, height, and complexity of the home layout. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
