On top of that, I was having a stressful time with the move-in process due to some unforeseen circumstances that messed up previously laid plans, which required me to try to schedule very last-minute. They were very understanding and helpful and got me scheduled for the next day after I called. When they came, they were very thorough, did an excellent job getting things sparkling clean, and our house smelled like fresh lavender and mint.
