More appreciation. He fully explained the install process and how it would improve our water etc. He was so nice and we felt really comfortable having this "stranger" in our home. Not all service people are like that. He finished on time and cleaned everything up just like it was before he arrived. He also reassured us that if we had any problems just give Superior a call.
