So we thought we'd give them a try AND are we glad we did. We also felt that we were getting a reputable company since they were affiliated with Costco. That relationship was important to us. Our Salesman, Cliff Boxer, was fantastic, very educational and patient. He explained the whole process in easy to understand terms and even came over several times to further clarify some of our concerns. Great service. Bob who was actually in Costco was equally helpful. On our "install day" our tech, Gabe, even called prior to his arrival so we would be prepared. We really appreciated that. He was so professional, caring and respectful of us and our home. More appreciation. He fully explained the install process and how it would improve our water etc. He was so nice and we felt really comfortable having this "stranger" in our home. Not all service people are like that. He finished on time and cleaned everything up just like it was before he arrived. He also reassured us that if we had any problems just give Superior a call.
