"Jason, the owner called prior to the appointment to confirm. He also texted me that morning of the apt. to re-confirm, which was great! Kelly was the tech who did the carpet, tile & grout lines. Kelly and Jason were polite, & professional. Kelly had good knowlege of his equipment. He used guards to protect wall corners & baseboard corners from hose damage. He wore booties! I did ask both of them if they felt they could bring my high traffic grout lines back to its almost new color & they felt they could. (I was very skeptical) The carpet, the tile & the grout lines after cleaning & drying are amazing - I am so happy with their work. I won't go with another outfit. They achieved everything I hoped for and more - The price I paid was very fair, and lower than I anticipated, especially given the time spent & the size of the areas cleaned, It was a very good experience. "Totally Disappointed with the Tile Work! We hired Beehive Floors & More, Angel Sucup and crew. When we met, I was impressed by our conversation. His tile layer Henry doesn’t speak much English, so there was a bit of translation between the three of us. I felt confident that he knew what we were looking to do in the bathroom and in the laundry room. During the conversation regarding the tile work for the laundry room, I mentioned that we would purchase plywood, backer board and the Schluter, which is the trim for the counter. We already had the tile for both the bathroom and laundry room. We received a quote from Angel: Bathroom and Kitchen Countertop (It should be laundry room) Labor for installation of tile around the tub, tile on bathroom wall, tile on floor, tile on countertop. This includes backboard installation. Does not include any materials. He never gave details on what materials were needed. The breakdown was $ 3240.00. The tile work was very simple, nothing out of the ordinary. I mentioned that the cost of labor was a little overstated, we were doing all the demolition and getting the bathroom ready for tiling. So, he gave us a discount of $ 440.00. It was a simple pattern; the same pattern that we did in our basement bathroom, on the shower, and the walls. We met one more time prior to the installation of the tile, he was trying to persuade us to change the direction of the tile, it would be easier for Henry. We wanted the same pattern as downstairs. We made one simple change on the installation; we wanted the tile to continue up to the ceiling instead of a straight line across. It was 4 ½ sq ft. We figured it would be easy for Henry, since he is the best tile installer for Beehive Floors & More. Well, there was some communication between Henry and Angel, they would have to charge us for the 4 ½ sq ft of tile. Then, he advised me that he under-bid the job. I advised him that I was not going to pay for his mistake. This is when the quality of work went south. Every day was a challenge since Henry and I couldn’t communicate. Angel rarely stopped by during the job to ensure it was being done correctly. I had to insist that he come out and check the work and explain to Henry what was needed. When I started challenging Angel about the issues, he said I was trying to get out of paying him for the work. We were disappointed with the workmanship of the job. Others have seen the finished product and say it doesn’t look like a professional job. I’ve seen Henry’s work on other projects. Henry has done great work on other jobs, so not sure what happened. There was a lot of communication between Henry and Angel, since I don’t understand Spanish not sure what was said. All I know is that Henry was not happy with the job he did for us. Angel asked me what I thought about the work. I was honest, it looks like crap. He said that he will redo it, but we would have to pay for it. That is not going to happen. Why would I let him do it again? He also said he wasn’t going to do the countertops due to all the issues with the bathroom. We agreed on a reduced price of $2000 since the countertops weren’t done. He’s been paid the agreed amount. This leaves us with finding someone else to do the countertops."

"This may have been the best experience we've ever had with carpet cleaners. Jason Lindsey of Big West Cleaning called immediately, gave us preliminary estimates when we asked over the phone and then came by to give us an accurate bid. He always wore booties even when entering our home for a bid and he and his crew did the same throughout the process. He brought samples of possible products they could use for my wife to smell as she's allergic to many things. None of them were a problem. When they did the job, they not only used booties, moved furniture, used corner protectors, put runners under all their hoses, they even repaired grout in the travertine and more. They used multiple dryers. Put sponge pads under all the furniture to protect carpet and furniture until dry. All the crew were very experienced older workers who were exceptionally personable. They answered any questions. The carpet was almost completely dry when they finished, not still very wet like we've experienced with so many others. Hands down, our best experience. Highly recommended! Price was very competitive. This was a small local business that's been around for a while, not a chain, fully licensed and insured that obviously takes great pride in doing an exceptional job."

"I went into the showroom many times and got a lot of help from the designers there. They really took a lot of time with me looking at options and giving advice. They also seem to have adequate staff, and the store is busy, so it's nice to be able to get help. We ordered an expensive tile and when we got it laid out realized some of the order would not work in the pattern we had hoped. The manager helped us find a solution and was really great to work with. Plus their tile is gorgeous! I love walking through the showroom. I would definitely go there again next time we do a project."

"Cody is truly an artist ar what he does. I have seen many of his designs and they are perfection. I needed some help with a landscaping project requiring some grading of my driveway and moving some large oleanders with a bobcat. Had everything done in just a few hours and was very fair with his pricing. His work is absolutely impeccable. "We had them come and give us a quote to put a bath fitter in a compact shower. To be fair, we also asked them to raise the ceiling height to match the rest of the bathroom as the shower had a drop ceiling which I expected to cost a little more. The lady who came was extremely professional, timely, and well organized. I will say I was a tad shocked though when the quote was a little over $7800. We ended up going with a different contractor who redid the shower with tile and redid another bathroom floor for over $1000 less than the bath fitter quote for the shower alone. I would say this company would be a better fit for a more basic job. They did have really nice, stylish design options for this type of shower."
