The project took 7 business days and usually it was Jeff and up to two helpers. They showed up on time (approx 9 am) and worked until 5 pm or so. The process is messy,( we had the tile cut on our outside patio and dust still went every where) but they did their best to minimize the mess. Jeff and his helpers were professional and tried to stay out of our way as much as possible. They were generally able to finish a room a day and sealed it the following day. The tile has been in for a year now and is fine, (no cracks no grout issues and we've had no reason to call Jeff back for any problems). We are very happy with the results. We would use him again and highly recommend him "},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ut/saint-george/suva-tile-reviews-2323476.htm"},"position":3},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"ERIC INC","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"UT","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Mara F."},"reviewBody":"We hired Eric when we converted a laundry room to a bathroom. He was hired to tile the floor , cabinet top and install shower pan and tile shower. He finished the job and over the next couple of weeks. When he finished we noticed several things that were wrong. The back splash was 1/2 uneven from corner to corner. Some glass in the shower was upside down. Several floor tiles were not level. nail holes in the front of the bathrrom cabinet. I called Eric and he said he would come out and fix everything. When he came out the next day he said he liked the tiles in the shower , he liked variety. I said only 2 areas are upside down that is not variety. He said we should have noticed it earlier and he would have to charge us to take them down. He told my husband he did not make the nail holes in the cabinet. He replaced the floor tiles but said it was because the floor was not level. He replaced the back spalsh but when we asked him to mitre the corners he said it was to late. and no one mitres corners. I also had to spend $65.00 for more tile trim. He then told me he did make the holes in the cabinet but since my husband used to hang cabinets he could repair them. When he left I replaced the glass in the shower and removed several more floor tiles and trim. My tiles lay flat and are level. I still have several more tiles that are not level . The edges of the tile in front of the cabinet are not even. some of the tile touch the cabinet others are 1/2 inch away. He said to install a thick trim and it should cover. It is really sad that someone with 40 years of experience pays so little attention to details. Details are what make the job. If you make a mistake admit it don't blame the floor, his level or the weather. . It was hot and he knew we had no air conditioning. He also left a mess in the back yard rocks where he dumped and cleaned his equipment. When he left he said. They seemed to do an OK job, but we had no idea how inadequate they really were until this year when we got a different recommendation from our Hurricane-based realtor. She recommended Prestige Carpet and Tile company. They work out of St. George but pretty much cover all of southern Utah. We made a point of driving up from Vegas on the day they were to do the work, so we could see how good they were. We ended up meeting Brian Blair, the owner, who did the work himself out of a massive truck/trailer rig. As he got to work I watched like a hawk when he got to the worst sections of the light cream-colored carpet where all the traffic marks were. Lo and behold, even the worst areas came incredibly clean after just two passes with the huffing and puffing steamy gizmo he used. That water/cleaning solution was HOT. I don't remember the carpets being anywhere near this clean last year. I figured that was about as good as it was going to get. Mind you, I don't expect a carpet cleaner to make very light colored carpet look absolutely new, but after seven years of use by the original owners and a year of rental use, I'm amazed at what Brian was able to do. From now on I'm sticking with Brian at Prestige.
We got three bids on the project and Suva was the highest. We chose Suva because Jeff Suva spent time with us on the bid process and promptly responded to multiple follow up questions (via email). His was the most comprehensive bid. He also had very good references. We felt he was worth the...

FAQs for patio cover service projects in Apple Valley, UT
While the terms deck and porch are often used interchangeably, they are two distinct home features. Porches offer a roof that protects from the elements when coming and going from the house. Generally, porches are on the front of your home. On the other hand, decks are generally built in the backyard of a home and offer no roof or protection from the elements, like rain or snow. Porches typically require less maintenance and upkeep thanks to the roof, but both features require regular cleaning and repairs to maintain good condition.
The cost of an awning is $1,400 to $4,400 on average. However, this cost could be as low as $100 or as high as $7,500, depending on a few factors. The type of awning you choose, the size you need, and your location all affect your overall cost.
For example, portable awnings you can put up and take down yourself range from $100 to $400, whereas motorized awnings are more luxurious and cost between $2,000 and $3,500.
The cost to build a deck is $8,025 on average. However, this cost can range anywhere from $1,500 to $22,000, depending on multiple factors, such as size, materials, and deck type. You can expect to pay $30 to $60 per square foot when building a new deck.
Cedar decks are often the most cost-effective option, ranging from $4 to $9per square foot for materials. However, pressure-treated decking, which is resistant to rot, is more expensive, ranging from $15 to $25 per square foot for materials.
Awnings are either fixed or retractable and can be paired with a variety of cover materials. Fixed awnings are a permanent outdoor feature of a building. These are highly durable and require ongoing maintenance. Once installed, the position of this awning cannot be changed.
Retractable awnings are more popular than fixed awnings since the cover can open and close. This allows homeowners to open and close the awning, depending on the weather. When not in use, it can be closed to allow for extra space.
Besides the type of awning, you’ll need to choose the type of cover. Your awning installation professional will review your options with you, including availability and costs. The types of covers you can choose from include:
Wood, which is durable but can be damaged easily by rainwater and fire
Cotton offers flexibility, weatherproofing, and easy cleaning
Canvas is highly durable and is a good choice for retractable awnings
Metal is sturdy but is prone to rust
Polyester is easy to clean and is a more breathable option
Polycarbonate is highly resistant to UV rays and is difficult to damage
