Little Sands did a good job, quality work, and easy to work with.

The work here was extensive. Marion was always checking to see if thongs were going as desired. He has the skills and talent to your job whatever. Mostly, it was his work ethic and integrity that made us so satisfied with this project. I'd never hesitate to call him again in the future.

Richard Dockstader was the one we worked through. He was fantastic. Showed up on time as promised, kept us advised of the work, and they did a fantastic job. We just needed a small pad laid in the back of the house, but they were willing to do it even though it was a small job. We are very happy with the work done. We would definitely use them again.

If I could give 10 Stars I would.After looking at several concrete completions in our area, we approached a gentleman about the impeccable drive way that had been done at his home. He advised us to call Little Sands Construction. Richard was out to give us a bid within the next 24 hours. We needed the front landscaping removed and the old driveway and sidewalk removed and replaced. The bid he gave us was honest and fair. Richard and his crew worked above and beyond to complete our project.He never changed the price as the job went on (as some contractors do!!!) The clean up was amazing as well. I will be using his company for painting and tile work in the near future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LITTLE SANDS CONSTRUCTION...

Very fast service. The finished product looks awesome, I am very happy with it. They made sure to discuss every step and ask my opinion on decisions concerning the looks of the driveway. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone needing concrete work done.

Choice was btwn Blue Collar and Lil Sands Construction, I chose Blue Collar but then they flaked out on me. Kept dragging me along a few weeks. I went back to Lil Sands and Robert was great. Didn t chide me , which he could have, squeezed me into his schedule and it looks great. He was here when he said he would be and finished within his estimate. Crew cleaned up the area better than when they started. Lil Sands estimate was a little higher than Blue Collar but Blue Collar wouldn t show up to do the job.

Fair price, great customer service, did what they promised in the time they promised it would be done. Great to work with. Will use them again.

The company responded quickly to my phone call and Marion came out the next day to provide a bid. He was competitive in his pricing and very knowledgeable. My husband was so impressed that he hired him on the spot and I cancelled pending appointments we had with other companies. They were able to do the job right away and were professional, accommodating and very easy to deal with. Marion kept us fully informed each step of the way and even took care of another issue we had. We were extremely pleased with the finished concrete work and we would not hesitate to contact him for our next project or recommend him to others.

Marion showed up right on time to do our backyard concrete patio. The work was professional and after the job was finished a sealer needed to be put on in 3-4 weeks. I paid him in full knowing he would have to come back to complete the job with the concrete sealer. He did come back today and the sealer was applied, it looks great!! We are very pleased with this company... So Five Stars for Little Sands Construction LLC !! :)
