’m a skilled frame carpenter with over 10 years of experience building with wood and bringing projects from plans to reality. I also have practical experience in mechanics, HVAC installation, plumbing, and small electrical work, and I regularly fix things on my own vehicles and around the house. I learn best hands-on, pick up new skills fast when shown once, and I’m strong at troubleshooting and figuring out how things work so I can solve problems efficiently.

It should have been replaced but was not. I DO NOT fault the company owner but believe it was his workers who ignored the rot. I have not contacted Tony as it is my fault for not doing a better job of inspection at the time. I WOULD USE TONY AGAIN and don't believe he would tolerate this lack of workmanship. But I would watch the crew and do a thorough inspection from in the attic."
