"I did a lot of research on plumbers and out of the half dozen plumbing companies with the best overall ratings TX Quality Plumbing not only the highest rating, but they were the least expensive as well.  They showed up on time and immediately got to work.  It took them about 5 hours to complete the job.  The guys were very professional and friendly.  After they inspected everything the head plumber told me that he was concerned about my pipes (galvanized and over 40 years old) and that they will eventually need to be replaced.  He was especially concerned with the piping that comes out of the water heater and if nothing else I should replace those for now.  I agreed and they came back out the next day and replaced the pipes.  So for replacing my 50 gal water heater, replacing two pipe, several feet each, running a new drain line from the attic to the outside cost me $1,600.  Even with the extra unexpected cost they still beat everyone else's price for just the water heater replacement.  They also gave me a ballpark estimation on how much it would cost me to replace all my pipes based on 3 1/2 bath house and the price they quoted me was so much less then what I was expecting based on other peoples horror stories.  I will be using them for that big job as well!!

"If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer.
