We hired or Ernesto Florez in an emergency situation regarding a pipe burst at my 90-year-old mother‘s home he far exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a reliable honest contractor that does what he says he is going to do and charges a fair price I have used him in the past multiple times replacing water heaters and other types of plumbing issues however this time he far exceeded our expectation and got out to her home immediately so that the leak would not cause furthur damage to her home I would encourage anyone to use this plumber if you want somebody that will do a great job thanks again Ernesto

Master mastic did a great job Mastic sealing around the pool and extended patio. They dug out all the old mastic, poured in the new and covered it with sand. Fast and neat. They do not offer a “come back and clean up the sand” option after the 2 day waiting period but my leaf blower made quick work of the job.

This was the absolute worst service experience we have EVER been through. Their “technician”, who supposedly has the most experience in the company, couldn’t figure anything out. Simple things we had already learned (we just bought the home a few weeks ago), he was struggling to understand. We never received any documentation of what the tech learned, no analysis, no recommendations....just the $225 bill. When I got on the phone with customer service, she was so aggressive and defensive. It was honestly unbelievable and so upsetting. I have never had someone speak to me the way she spoke to me. And I have never written a negative review before, but I felt like it was important to protect others from being in the situation we just went through.

From start to finish I was extremely happy with the work and level of communication. After severe knocked my neighbor's tree onto my house, my first call was to the insurance company and next to RJ Construction. The entire team at RJ worked with my insurance company after the roof was replaced to get every last dollar from the depreciation they held back. A crew arrived at 6:30am to start with the tear off and they were done with the entire roof within 12 hours. A few days later their gutter people came out and put up brand new screened in gutters. A project manager was out a few days after that to inspect the work and make sure all the debris was picked up. Outstanding job by the whole team.
