After finally finishing the fence, he guaranteed a 3-year warranty but never returned. A year later, all he?s done is wash off the old stain. Total scam. He will take your money and run. They removed my wrought iron fence and put in a beautiful wood fence. And had two dog windows put in.Jami was professional and kind. Diffidently will be having them come back and do more work

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN !!!! He never does his work like he say he will , I waited a whole month for him to do the job he said he was going to do in 4 days and he did not finish. He never come to my house like he said he will . After my calls or txt msg he always said he was coming and never showed up.

The staff is quite, friendly, and works fast on getting their work done, I would recommend this to everyone I could.

Priced right for quality results

I left a prior review but can not edit it. In my prior review, I mentioned that the color of the stain was not the same as the original, but now that it is dried, I noticed that it is the same. There were just a few minor things that kept me from giving it a full five stars but Jaime was very responsive and timely. I am very happy with the job that he did, especially for the price!

I recently had an awful experience with Jaime Camarena, the proprietor of Milly Construction. I would give a zero star if the system allowed me. I had hired him for some small jobs in the past so felt comfortable giving him a big fence replacement job. After taking a sizable deposit ($5000) in June 2023 to buy the material, he kept stalling over and over again for over a month. After dismantling the old fence, he basically disappeared. The backyard was strewn with pieces of the old fence and screws and nails in the driveway. Eventually I had to ask him to terminate the project due to the lack of any meaningful progress. I am currently taking help from another contractor to get the project completed. I have asked Jaime to refund the unused deposit after deducting the cost of any material purchased + labor involved to remove the old fence. It's been 2 months but I have not received the refund yet. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE this person/company for any large jobs that involves giving a deposit. He may be ok for small repairs though. I will be pursuing legal action against him to recover my deposit. Thanks.

Has not completed the deck project after multiple calls and texts, he is not responding, he makes promises and he is not keeping his promises.

Was very friendly, $450 cheaper than another quote. He was Prompt,& professional. Did a great job and said was guaranteed…if anything goes wrong will come and fix with no charge!

He is very good at his job but some times hard to reach

Too much work for one person and He did not finish the job agreed by the contract. He also used old materials instead of new materials agreed upon with the first installment to start the job.

This company installed a beautiful fence. The fence is leaning and the gate does not open properly. There is a 3 yr warranty on the fence. After more than 6 months of trying to get them to fix the issue, someone came out and verified there is an issue with the fence. The fence is about 1 yr old and still not fixed after repeatedly being told it would be fixed. It is disappointing because I liked the installers and the fence. The lack of follow-up makes this company difficult to recommend. I hope they resolve this issue and win me back as a customer and promoter.
